Have you ever seen My Big Fat Greek Wedding??? That's pretty much my life. Loud and in your face with a heart overflowing with culture. My mother was born in Israel in 1949. She was the 8th child out of 10 kids. The first 7 were born in Tunisia. When you are a Jew, you are certain kind. For example there are different religious types such as orthodox, reform, kabbalah(madonna). Since Jews are from all over the world, there are 2 categories which are Sephardi and Ashkenazim. We are Sephardi Jews because my family is from N. Africa. Jews that originated in Europe are Ashkenazim. Here is a picture of my wife and I in Israel on a beach in Tel-Aviv. The day before this picture was taken, Hezbollah fired missiles into a town 30 miles north of this beach.
